Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 0–7 days of order confirmation (after successful payment).

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 1–10 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the courier. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Coverage & Charges

• We ship across India.
• Orders of ₹2,000 or more (goods value) ship free.
• For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies, shown at checkout before payment.

Order and dispatch updates are shared on the email and phone number you provide at checkout.

Deliveries may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other events beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed, and time is not of the essence. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Risk & Liability

Risk in the goods passes to you once they are handed to the courier for dispatch. We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage caused by the courier or by events beyond our reasonable control. Any shortage or transit-damage claim must be reported within 2 (two) days of delivery, with the original pack seal intact, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
