Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Only Needles, operated by United Machinery Service ("we", "us", "our", the "Seller"), an authorized Groz-Beckert dealer in India. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you (the "Buyer") accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order. These Terms, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and override any purchase order, terms, or conditions issued by the Buyer.

Products & Pricing

• We sell genuine Groz-Beckert sewing and shoe machine needles.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) per piece and are exclusive of GST unless stated. Applicable GST (CGST + SGST for Tamil Nadu, or IGST for other states) and shipping are added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
• Products are sold only in standard pack sizes; order quantities are in multiples of the pack size.
• Product images, descriptions, weights, and specifications are provided by the manufacturer, are indicative only, and do not form part of any warranty.
• All prices, offers, and product availability may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn by us at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time payment is completed.
• In the event of an obvious or typographical pricing or description error, we are not bound to supply at the incorrect price and may cancel the affected order even after it is confirmed, refunding any amount paid for it.

Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. No contract is formed until we accept the order; we accept only after successful receipt of full payment, and we may still decline as set out below.
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including for stock unavailability, pricing or specification errors, suspected fraud or misuse, or where the Buyer has overdue amounts or a history of unjustified disputes or chargebacks. Where we cancel, our only obligation is to refund the amount actually paid for the cancelled items.
• A GST tax invoice is generated for every order. It is the Buyer's responsibility to enter a correct and valid GSTIN and billing details at checkout if input tax credit is required; we are not responsible for credit lost due to incorrect details supplied by the Buyer, and invoices once generated are not revised for Buyer data-entry errors.

Payment

• All orders are payable in full and in advance. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking, and wallets); we do not store your card or bank account details.
• Where any amount becomes due and is not paid by its due date, interest at 18% per annum is payable on the outstanding amount until realised, together with any collection, legal, or bank charges we incur. Title to the goods remains with the Seller until payment is received in full.
• The Buyer shall not withhold, set off, or deduct any amount from sums due to us on account of any claim, counterclaim, or dispute.

Shipping, Risk & Delivery

Dispatch and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. All delivery dates are estimates only and time is not of the essence. Goods travel at the Buyer's risk: risk in the goods passes to the Buyer when they are handed to the courier for dispatch. We are not liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by the courier or by events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Goods once sold are not taken back or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect selection by the Buyer, or used products. Returns and refunds are accepted only for a genuine fault on our side and strictly in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including its time limits and seal-intact conditions.

Correct Selection & Buyer Responsibility

Sewing and shoe machine needles are consumable industrial tooling. Selecting the correct needle system, size, point style, and specification for the Buyer's machine, material, and application is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Any guidance, chart, or recommendation we provide is offered in good faith as general information only, is not advice to be relied upon, and does not transfer this responsibility to us.

Warranties & Disclaimer

We warrant only that the goods are genuine Groz-Beckert products as described on the invoice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, conditions, and representations — whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — are excluded. The goods are otherwise supplied "as is".

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order, however arising (whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise), shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods giving rise to the claim. We shall in no event be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, production, business, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility. The Buyer shall indemnify us against any loss, claim, or expense arising from the Buyer's misuse of the goods, incorrect selection, or breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and product data — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent. "Groz-Beckert" and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here as an authorized dealer.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, transport or courier disruption, supplier failure, power or network outages, government action, or pandemic.

General

• We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this website; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• The Buyer may not assign or transfer its rights under these Terms without our written consent.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and the Buyer irrevocably submits to that jurisdiction.
